There aren’t a lot of quality wallpapers for studio-oriented environments out there. Most desktop backgrounds are created by designers who see nothing else besides pretty, inspirational stuff… for design! What about us? Musicians and studio professionals need to show off a wallpaper they can be proud of, whether they’re running PC or Mac, and still get a warm fuzzy feeling out of it. (Downloads after the jump)

Here’s a free download for everyone! It’s the first of a series of recording-themed wallpapers. Comes in 3 colors (charcoal gray, warm purple and wine red) and different resolutions for standard and wide screens. If you specifically need a different resolution or even crazy stuff like dual screen feature, post a comment here with suggestions.
These are free to use in any personal or commercial environment, as long as you don’t host them anywhere else or modify the images - Spread the word by linking to this post.
